When we found a wet wall in our bathroom we were at a loss on the steps to fix the problem. We called ASAP Restoration based on location and online search. The staff on the phone assured us that they would come out and guide us on what needed to be done. Upon arrival the tech was courteous, professional and well mannered. His appearance was clean and he put on clean shoe covers. His assessment was timely and he determined the problem was not a leak but the shower tile grout was cracked. ASAP Restoration are true professionals. Deborah was very responsive and was able to get a team out quickly to remediate some mold that we had in our bathroom.
